Title: 2V in 0.18um technology Post by casual on Nov 18th, 2010, 9:27pm I use 2V power supply instead of 1.8V in 0.18um technology. I rise the power supply from 1.8V to 2V because my circuits (thin gate) need more headroom and bandwidth to run at much higher speed (doing research). Is it common to do so? |

Title: Re: 2V in 0.18um technology Post by casual on Nov 18th, 2010, 11:00pm the design is a CML logic where all the transistors do not experience more than 1V in their Vds and Vgs. |
