Dear Forum,

Please let me know if Cadence Spectre simulator has search option, like that have HSPICE simulator:
.option search " Path where to search the file"

Many thanks for the info!
To be honest I don't have spectre available on my side. I am just writting the script which will work on both HSPCIE and Spectre simultors.
It would be very helpful for me if you can expand more on -I option of spectre.
Please let me know the exact syntax of it.

This is what I exactly needed!

Actually I have the hspice simulator, but dont have spectre.

Just the last confirmation.
So for spectre I can use
> spectre -I < Input Path1> -I < Input Path2> ... -I < Input PathN> <Netlist>.scs

Or cant I just write
> spectre -I < Input Path1> < Input Path2> ... < Input PathN> <Netlist>.scs
-- without -I for each new included path.
