hi all~ now I use SpectreRF to simulate flicker of chopper amplifier.
And I just used one stage fully differential OP and Ideal switch to be chopper.
I can see the flicker noise is modulated up to modulation clock and odd ones, but there is a big noise at ten times modulation clock. For example, the modulation clock is 1KHz and the peak noise is at 10KHz. If the modulation clock is 10KHz, the noise is at 100KHz.
Is there something wrong ? please help me~
