Title: Interesting problem: Need block level model for microprocessor Post by dtzihe on Mar 3rd, 2011, 7:24am Hello, Does anyone have a block level (for ex, Verilog-A) model of a microprocessor? Or perhaps a data or a current vs. voltage plot of microprocessor performance from which a very simple model can be generated? The microprocessor can be Intel, ARM, anything. Thanks. |

Can you explain the information you need better? uP models are generally in Verilog or some other behavioral description, which does not have a detailed analog definition. |
Title: Re: Interesting problem: Need block level model for microprocessor Post by dtzihe on Mar 3rd, 2011, 10:04am Hi loose electon, Basically, I am just looking for a very simple behaviorial model for a uP. For example, how much current it draws for a given voltage. I only need to see a uP as a black box. Thanks for your help. |
