Hi,
please help that what are the specifications for DAC design for SAR low power 4-bit ADC...please help me to come out of this problem

hi, for any Dacs specification will be same. But for SAR adc based on INL ,DNL spec you should find proper unit cap (based on noise also).
Please refer recent literature by Anatha Chandra Kansan from MIT.
