I was wondering if it is possible to make a class F power amplifier with no off chip components at all. Most manufacturers spec show that off chip filtering is always required - example numbers are for 14dBm transmit power at 915M, with offchip filtering, the second harmonic is at -50dBm.

Any reference for a completely integrated Class F power amp would be appreciated.
