hello,
it is very difficult to explain like this. Better start reading books like razavi, or i would strongly suggest allen holburg (which gives some design steps). Please go through the following video lectures, which are very good to start analog design carrer.

Also important, become clear on your goals!! If you think something is not important, then maybe you have no full understanding. And if you overlook something you may have to restart again - good training. Holberg is very good also Ivanow!! :) :)
