Hi,

May someone advice me how to measure the duty-cycle of waveform in IC5.1 Analog Design Environment? I would like to calculate the duty cycle of several waveform with several corners, and some function script in ADE calculator would be much helpful.

The calculator has two functions named dutycycle and dutycycles if it is in MDL mode. Please run wavescan using the following command.
wavescan -expr MDL &
