Hello all,
i have read Mash 1-1 structure iin the attached paper.

I am working on incremental ADC's and needed some references for third order mash 1-1-1 architecture of incremental ADC.i have searched some references but didnt get detailed analytical explanation for the third order mash architecture like it is given for mash 1-1 . It will be great if some references can be quoted or some pdf's related to that.

there are several textbooks out there on the topic. Suggest you get the books.
