Thanks for the reply.

RCBO :Residual Current Breaker with Overload Protection.The one of the test i suppose to do DC fault test.How to make test set up to do this.If you have any idea can you guide me please?

Is this some kind of overcurrent protection circuit?

Need to define the question better, specifics of circuits etc.
