Hi all,
I'm trying to simulate a capacitance in ADS. When I start the preview mesh appears this error:
ERROR: MomMSHmaker: internal error 11 -- segmentation violation

I have set the VIAs as 3D and mesh density as 100.

Any idea?

Hi Cleve,

any internal error, assertion fail, segmentation fault or similar is a bug.
