Title: Finding out flicker noise coefficient Post by arupkg on Mar 22nd, 2012, 8:45pm How do we find out the flicker noise coefficient for NMOS and PMOS transistors for a given PDK (from the device models or by simulation)? |
Title: Re: Finding out flicker noise coefficient Post by gido on Mar 25th, 2012, 8:33am it is a constant so I guess you can find it from the device models |
Title: Re: Finding out flicker noise coefficient Post by loose-electron on Mar 26th, 2012, 2:43pm It is buried in the models, however is often not specified properly There are ways to plot the noise in most EDA tools. (Do a AC plot from DC to 5MHZ and configure the simulator to show the noise.) |
