Title: Quantization noise spectrum Post by adesign on May 15th, 2012, 9:02pm Hi, In any Nyquist ADC, the quantization noise power is given by VLSB2/12 which is spread across -fs/2 to fs/2. Could anyone comment on - "why it is limited from -fs/2 to fs/2"? Thanks, ADesign |
Title: Re: Quantization noise spectrum Post by ywguo on May 16th, 2012, 2:28am Because it is discrete output with sampling clock Fs. Yawei |

Title: Re: Quantization noise spectrum Post by raja.cedt on May 16th, 2012, 6:56am hello, When you a sample a signal with Fs sampling rate, frequency components above fs will be fold back into fs. Any real signal is symmetric around fs/2. Thanks, Raj. |
