Hi, has anyone used SuperSpice simulator from Anasoft U.K.  for analog IC design ? I would like to know about its reliability and features . Thanks in advance

Yes, I do. I wrote it. Well, the GUI anyway, the engine is XSpice. I don’t recommend at all it to put out a 100k IC chip, but as a dual helper alongside Cadence it is very useful, and frees up some very expensive licenses. Fab files need to be modified to run in it. I have personally used it with many fab kits, and use it in my day job alongside Cadence. It has some neat features that are a bit of a pain in Cadence. E.g. mousing over the wires and pins to get currents and voltages, or direct plotting of gm, vt, gds etc without scripts or going through a browser. GUI setup corner runs are supported. Convergence is not wonderful, but on my 30 GFlop Dell machine, runs fast enough for me.
