Title: weird pnoise waveform, advise needed Post by subgold on May 29th, 2012, 1:13am Hi all, I have got a strange noise spectral density plot from a pnoise simulation. Please see the attached picture: The blue curve is a typical simulation which looks normal, while the red curve is the result at one specific corner, which shows a big fluctuation and looks doubtful. Could somebody give a clue about what is going on at that strange corner? (i am using cadence version ic6.1.5), thanks. |
