Title: Spectre soft_bin=allmodels Post by GlennC on Jun 22nd, 2012, 11:38am I saw that Spectre has a simulator option for choosing the "closest" bin when a device size is outside the binning limits.  The log file message says use "soft_bin=allmodels".  Are there other options that can limit this functionality to a list of model groups only?
