Title: Increased input range for 1.8V supply
Post by rajeee1000 on Aug 5th, 2012, 5:33am

I'm in the need of an opamp in 1.8V supply hooked up in a unity-gain configuration. The input swings by about 300 mV around the center. Are there some good techniques of making this input range? Complete rail-to-rail topologies seem to be an overkill for the required range. Further, a very good linearity is needed. Low-Vt devices aren't available in the process version chosen.

Thanks.

Standard topologies should work just fine with that input range.
