Title: Simulating long term drift, allan variance in oscillators

1) Is there a way I could simulate long term drift in oscillators in cadence? My first intuition is to vary the value of the tank over the period of time I am interested in.

2) How to simulate the optimum sampling time for measuring the Allan variance?
