Title: The trigger circuit in BJT-based power clamp Post by Yutao Liu on Dec 19th, 2012, 5:26am Dear all, I saw in some books that the forward-biased p+/n well diode and reversed-biased Zener diode can be used as the trigger circuit in BJT-based power clamp. Why not a reversed-biased p+/n well diode? Thanks! Yutao Liu |
