Title: Ceramic LCC package with exposed pad Post by currant on Feb 21st, 2013, 3:51am Hello, I am looking for a 48/64 pins leadless ceramic package with exposed pad such as in QFN packages. The main problem that I see now, is connection bottom metal plate only via dedicated pin on package, this is not allow me to access low-inductance ground.   Is anyone have information about company, which produces ceramic packages with exposed pad? Thank, You.
