Title: resistor change using veriloga Post by sen on May 16th, 2013, 8:04pm I want to code resistor change with change in temperature and strain. how should I go about it? ::) :-/ Thanks in advance :) |
Title: Re: resistor change using veriloga Post by Geoffrey_Coram on Jul 23rd, 2013, 12:48pm Do you need self-heating or just a temperature coefficient (applied to the ambient temperature)? Is the strain applied dynamically? Verilog-A would allow you to model the force applied to a model with a mechanical discipline. |
