Hi,
I am designing RF power amplifer in Cadence. Now I have just have basic understanding about A, B, AB, C, D, E, F power amplifiers. I am planing to go to simulation in Cadence. However, I am not familiar with Cadence; it is really new to me. I can't find any tutorial about simulating RF power amplifer in Cadence.
Could anyone share me some tutorials about simulating RF power amplifier in Cadence?
Some tutorials that show me in detail about simulating classes of power amplifier in Cadence.

Hello baab,

MMSIM comes with such tutorial, look for rfworkshop.tar.Z archive located in the $MMSIMHOME/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop directory

Hi again,
I have opened the file to simulate but the problem is that there is only two block diagrams of two stage power amplifiers.
There is no detailed schematic for power amplifier.
Could you tell me where can I get the detail schematic?

Everything is in the archive, be sure to run Cadence in the proper directory.
