Hi,

i work on designing a folded cascode amplifier with source follower. I´m student, it´s my first design and i have problems with the gain & phase of my circuit. The Bode Plot looks normal until 240 MHz...it´s going from 20dB to -5dB. But from 240MHz on the curve is going up again at a level of around 2dB. My phase is quite unstable.
Can anyone help me what could be reason here?

Hi bki,

Do post your plots and test benches ... that will help us see what is going on ...
