Hi,
Is there any reference for mismatch modeling of mos in linear region. I would expect it to still scale with area.
but any simple thumb rules/expression while working with switches.
ex: case like pll charge pump where we have replica switches to bypass the currents.

take a look here. slide 13 and 14 will probably help (pelgrom's law)
