Title: Fmin in cascode LNA. Post by baab on Dec 14th, 2013, 11:32pm Hi, I am trying to find the formula Fmin for cascode LNA. My proof is based on the book "The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits" by Thomas H. Lee . My result is wrong as it depends on Ls while in some papers they said that Fmin is affected by Ls. Could you help me check my work? I can't figure out where I am wrong. Thanks. |
