Hello everyone,

I'm currently designing a 6T SRAM (high speed, a few GHz), as I'm totally new to the subject I would like to buy books in order to learn how to design 6T SRAM properly.

So far I read articles about the subject which allowed me to understand better the subject and its hurdles. However, I don't think that articles will be enough for me to start the design.

As my budget is low, I was wondering if someone who already designed a 6T SRAM once, could advise me a book or books to properly design a 6T SRAM.
Or maybe a designer could tell me how to learn to design new things efficiently.
