hi everyone. we have very little knowledge about the rf circuits. still we're doing a project to generate a rf signal of about 1200-1600Mhz. we've generated the IF part, using a voltage controlled oscillator and now, we're searching for an ic that would do the amplifying part,without having to design the complex circuit, just giving the output of the VCO.
since we don't know much about it, which ic would be suitable for us,since we need to amplify the signal by 32dbm?
please help us out! thanx
