2D lenslet structure distortion at higher wavelength

I am simulating plasmonics structure on silvaco, I am facing distorted structure of sphere at higher wavelength (while doing FDTD analysis).
Please suggest some way to design the sphere using silvaco. :-/
What i am guessing the problem is with meshing of sphere.... Please help ASAP

hello there....
i am new to this software...i am using smartspicerf for analysis of ma circuit....evrytime i simulate the program either the software gets closed on its own or it show following errors.....need help plz

"Error: size of matrix is 0

Error: doAnalyses: Matrix can't be decomposed as is

Error: doAnalyses: Matrix can't be decomposed as is"

what does the matrix represent here
