Hi,

I need an off the shelf low power (0.1W to 1W) synthesizer & transmitter plus receiver. Modulation type needs to be simple and will only transmit a few bits (from a dipswitch). The unit must be able to transmit/receive within ETSI /3GPP frequency bands (700MHz-850MHz, 900MHz, 1700MHz, 1800MHz, 1900MHz, 2100MHz, 2600MHz, and some more... but these are the most important.

The bandwidth is not too important, as long as it is within 5MHz of the selected centre frequency within the abovementioned bands.

I will prefer a standard cheap (quality not a major issue) module, else an inexpensive chip/s that can do this.
