Title: Cyclostationary noise: Modulated vs unmodulated source Post by mixed_signal on Sep 3rd, 2014, 7:12pm Hi, Lets us consider a common source NMOS with resistive load and apply a large LO. Noise becomes cyclostationary due to either: 1. noise source modulation OR 2. transfer function modulation In my example, resistor noise is free from source modulation. How does transistor noise with both of these differ from resistor in terms of spectrum? An intuitive explanation will be highly appreciated. |
