Title: Sizing of capacitor, switches - Low Power Integrated Series Parallel Charge Pump Post by ICD_life on Nov 12th, 2014, 1:33am Hello All, I am designing Series Parallel Charge Pump that is used in Power Management circuit to charge the battery. Details: It has variable input < 1V Output voltage must be > 2V [no load current limitation defined yet, max 500uA] Can anybody explain me how to size capacitors and switches for the same? I am using multiple conversion ratio topology so using Series-Parallel capacitor. Kindly help me understand. Regards, :( :-[ |
