Hi, all.

When I run a transient simulation using Cadence Spectre by directly typing "spectre input.scs", all simulation results are saved in "input.raw" folder. In this case, I can see the waveforms with Synopsys Custom Waveview by opening "tran.tran" file.

However, when I run the same simulation using OCEAN script, all simulation results are saved in "psf" folder and Synopsys Custom Waveview cannot open any files in the folder.

Of course I can view both simulations results using Virtuoso Visualization tool, but I'd like to use Synopsys Custom Waveview because it fits more to me.

So, is there any OCEAN command that outputs simulation results in the format that can be read by Custom Waveview?

Please help me with this.

Custom waveform view can not treat sst2 format.
Set wave format as psfbin or fsdb.

According to the log file, psfxl is the default format when I use OCEAN script to run a simulation. Is there any OCEAN command to change this default format to psfbin?

Set "-format psfbin" in userCmdLine in ADE.
Then generate OCEAN Script.
You can see necessary description in it.
