Hi, I want to design a ring oscillator with inverter with MOSFETs. I know the R and C can be used to determine the frequency but how do I calculate resistance of each inverter stage if the transistors also influence equivalent resistance?

:D Calculation the output resistance of each stage using definition. Especially for the ac source connected @ the output.
