hi,i have a problem:i must simulate a mixer based on gilbert cell with aplac and i have a model for cmos,but in tha analitic expressione of IP3 i have a THETA parameter , for compare the results tha i give from the simulation,but i don't know what i do to give the THETA for my cmos models.If someone have any information...please help me.thanks

From your post it sounds like theta is a model parameter, but then you also say that it is involved somehow in an analytic expression of IP₃. I'm confused by that. It would be useful to know what MOS model you are using. Several of the common MOS models have a theta parameter, and they seem to be different.
