Hi,
Can tell me anyone how I can see with AvantWaves (Hspice) a node from specific subcircuit using .PROBE command?
It's possible?

How about:

.PROBE V(I1.I2.I3.NODENAME)

I1 is the top level instance, and then I2 is the instance
inside that subckt, and I3 inside that subckt and
finally NODENAME as the net name inside the I3 subcircuit.

So you give a path of instance names down through the
hierarchy.
