Title: Flicker noise reduction by switching Post by oscillator_man on Feb 26th, 2003, 3:31am Hi: ;D Do you know if that phenomenon is represented in BSIM3V3 or not? (Flicker noise reduction by switching) Thanks |
Title: Re: Flicker noise reduction by switching Post by Frank Wiedmann on Feb 26th, 2003, 4:57am I assume that you are referring to the effect described by A.P. van der Wel and E.A.M. Klumperink. I do not believe that this effect is included in the present models. You can find detailed information about BSIM models at http://www-device.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3/. |
