I am presently working on a 8-Bit pipeline ADC design in 0.18um technology. I would be grateful if someone could please let me know the collective SNR expression for the pipeline ADC that includes the thermal noise, quantization error, clock-jitter and apperture-error effects. I am looking for the mathematical analysis of all these effects and colletive SNR performance expression.
