I am currently looking into design of phase lock loops
when used in demodulation of radio signals and would like to find out the main difference when designing a phase lock loop with regards to demodulation of AM and FM signals. Moreover with regards to high quality audio signals what are the key operational limits associated with a simple PLL based receiver. In, addition, you should also consider the implications of transmission under noisy conditions to alternative receivers.
