Hi Ken,

Does PSS analysis take into account the effect of switch charge injection?
The common mode volatge what I see in transient simulations is different from that shown in PSS.

The PSS analysis is built using the transient analysis, so the results should be the same if transient is run long enough for the circuit to reach steady-state. In my experience, if the two do not match, it is because there is some very slow time constant that had not settled. Try writing out the last point of the PSS analysis (using writefinal) and reading it in as an initial condition into the transient analysis (using readic) to see it that eliminates the transient.

I don't know the scripting I am just using spectre tool provided with cadence

Neha,
writefinal and readic are analysis parameters available from the graphical user interface for both the PSS and transient analyses.
