Hi all,

I created a equivalent circuit model for a laser diode in spice circuit simulator. This uses Arbitrary behavioral voltage and current sources. When i tried to implement the same in ADS using symbolic deifned device(SDD), i am having trouble with convergence. Is there any big differences between ADS spice simulator and spice3f4? Someone please help me. I can send my spice and ADS files if necessary.
