I did some measurements on chip, which has aluminum pads for probing. Probe contact was a headache for me.

Anyone has suggestions on what type of probe should be using in this case.

Use cascade microtech G-S-G probes.
I think the standard pitch is 100um.

I assumed you have used the AuBe probe for Au pad probing. Please try the W probe which developed for Al pad, respectively. You can get it from Cascade or GGB.
