Somebody can tell me which parameters have I to modificate to make zero lammbda in BSIM3v3 model for Spectre?

Why on earth would you want to do this?

If you want ideal behaviour, it makes no sense to use a complex model such as bsim3v3.

BTW, I think the parameter is probably pclm, but without looking at the model equations I'm not certain that this is the parameter, nor if it is the only parameter.
