Er, not really sure what you are after, but a quick google for:

RDS decoder schematic

gave a fair number of hits - which explain how to build a RDS decoder...

I didn't give the links, because I'm not sure this is exactly what you're after, and also because I thought you should be quite capable of doing the google search yourself ;)
