in a differential buffer circuit, if we use low threshold voltage transistor pair, can we get larger bandwidth?

Depends. If low Vth allows you increase currents and vdsat, there is a good chance you buffer would be faster. Again, it depends on how you utilize the additional voltage headroom and if it can be used at all due to other restrictions.
