Hi,

I am interested in designing and simulating a mixed-signal device using SOI technology. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me answer the following:

1. The CAD tools that I have access to are Agilent's ADS2003A and Cadence's ICFB. Which one of these would be better suited to simulate SOI circuitry, if any? Why?

2. Is BSIMSOI3p2 the best SOI transistor model that I could use?

3. Is it possible to import the Model Cards for NMOS and PMOS SOI transistors available in UC Berkeley's site into either ADS or ICFB to automatically generate a symbol that can be used to design a schematic? If so, is there an easy procedure to do this? (I've imported netlist files with SPICE parameters from MOSIS into ADS, I'm not sure if I could do the same with these)
