I use .meas to get the period time (period_width) of a periodic signal by

.meas period-width trig v(1) val=2
+ rise=3 targ v(1) val=2 rise=4

Then I want to get the frequency (ie. 1/period_width ). But I don’t know how. It seems I cannot use period-width as a parameter.

I really appreciate your answer.

.MEASURE tran freq param="1/period_width"
