This is really a case of RTFM.

You need to have set up the .cdsplotinit file - see the plotting configuration guide:

<instdir>/doc/plot/plot.pdf

(also easily located in "cdsdoc").

Then use Design->Plot->Submit (I think that's the menu, from memory).

It's not that hard to set up!
