Hi all,

Does anyone know if there are any material on designing rf circuits in subthreshold conditions?

Tried to simulate some circuits with low Vgate, got horrible results. Not sure if it's due to model file or circuit topology?

Hello,

Subthreshold circuits are usually slower. People generally use these circuits in low power, low speed design such as in Watch circuit.

So I think you will find very few RF circuits in subthreshold region(I am aware of one subthreshold mixer design). Can'nt really guide you where to find paper or books on it. But they are really slow and tht's why people dont use in that region.
