Hi there,

I would like to try to modify diva Rule file to extract the subtrate for substrate coupling noise analysis. But I don't know where I can find related materials for explaining diva Rule.

Is there anybody know how to do this?

I know somebody has done this since I read it from their papers.

If you're looking for the Diva documentation, this is in <instdir>/doc/diva/diva.pdf and <instdir>/doc/divaref/divaref.pdf

Where <instdir> is your IC software installation path.

Or of course you could run "cdsdoc" to invoke the Cadence documentation. Or hit the help menu in the CIW in DFII.
