Hi,

Well, I'm looking for cmos power transistor with 1.8V supply, Idmax >>20mA, and Ron<<1ohms.
I've searched through the internet, but it is very difficut to find one.
if you guys have any information to get cmos power transistor, would you please let me know.

I think I have a copy of the (ca. 1995) Motorola MOS Power Transistor Data book if that would help..
Unitrode and SSDI were folks I used to use.. Good Luck..

BTW there is no such thing as a CMOS power Transistor.. individually they are either Nmos or Pmos!!!
Unless you buy an H-bridge of complementary devices.. .(but the plural is the biggest requirement!)
